Skill: tempo swing with the spiking drill
Workout: 5 rounds
15 spiking swings with tempo
Active rest:
Swinger: 5 burpees
Spiker: plank

Skill: Heavy Turkish Get Up roll
Workout: 5 rounds
1-3 TGU roll each side

Warm-down skill: handstand kick ups
