15 second interval Turkish Get Up (stop in every position for 15 seconds)
15 second intervals 1 arm swing (switch hands every 15 seconds)
Workout:
1st round 30 seconds of each exercise
2nd round 45 seconds of each exercise
3rd round 1 minute of each exercise
4th round 45 seconds of each exercise
5th round 30 seconds of each exercise
Rest up to 30 seconds between rounds
Double cleans
Double alternating press
Mountain climbers
Squat with out weight
Criss cross abs
Side plank right
Side plank left
