10 slow butt tap dead lifts against wall
10 slow TRX hamstring curls
Skill: TRX curtsey lunge and 1 leg dead lift with kettlebell
Workout: 20 minutes of quality rounds
10 TRX curtsey lunge each side
5 double kettlebell 1 leg dead lift each side
5 renegade rows each side
10 double swings
10 jump squat for height
