10 high/low side plank (do each plank 10 times)
10 five count sprawl with sumo dead lift high pull

Skill: lying side press and 1 arm push up

Workout: 3 rounds
10 alternating bridging floor press
10 hollow rock
10 alternating arm/leg V-up
10 clapping push-up
Butt smoker
