Skill: exercises for workout
Workout: 2 minute drill: complete all 4 exercises within 2 minutes. The time left over within that 2 minutes is your “rest”. Continuous clock: every 2 minutes another round starts
5 pull-ups
1 hanging leg raise
3 clean and press each side
5 snatches each side
Scale version:
5 burpees
3 clean and press each side
3 donkey kicks
5 snatches each side
Scaled version:
5 burpees
3 clean press each side
5 donkey kicks
5 snatches each side
Skill: 10 rounds of spiking drill 30 seconds swings 30 seconds spiking
Warm-down: 5 minute Turkish Get Up: 5 reps on each side will be the minimum amount done
