3 pull-ups with block between knees
9 reverse crunch with block between knees
5 min of hand to hand drills
Skill: inline lunge and bottom up clean
workout: 3 rounds of 13 each
mountain climber pushups each side (scale: TRX mountain climber push-ups or TRX mountain climbers)
bottom up clean inline lunge each side
alternating swings each side
