Side plank on elbow each side
Shoulder bridge with one leg each side
Shoulder bridge with both legs
Warm-up: 2 minutes of each
Partner clapping push-ups
Partner clapping squats
Clean push press or clean and jerk
Partner clapping jumping lunge
Rest
Jump rope
Pilates pump
Swings
Burpees
Warm-down: 5 minute snatches (don’t set the bell down)
