Warm-up: 10 min (TGU break down)
Punch crunch
Bridge to T
Kneel swivel to stand

Skill: heavy TGU

Workout:
2min max row (3 times during workout)
Max Press Practice:
Press groove 1 ladder to 3
Stacked press (10kg less than max) 3X1 rep
Loaded clean with max bell 3-5 X1
Clean squat with max bell 3 X 1
Long push press with max bell 3X1
Loaded clean 3-5 X 1
Max effort!
