Warm-up: 1 min of each. 1st round done for skill with breaks between exercises. 2nd round done without rest between exercises
Jumping jacks
High/low plank
Deck squats
Mountain climbers
Superman

Skill: triangle pose up against wall

Workout: 3 rounds
10 teaser v-up
20 Over Head squat
10 hanging leg raise
10 light, medium, and heavy swing (10reps each)

Warm-down: slow Turkish Get Up

Warm-up: 3 rounds
20 TRX jumping squats
10 dive bomber push-ups (on bells is an option)
5 Renegade rows each side
30 sec plank each side

Skill: exercises for workout

Workout: split reps between 2 people. This is an “I go you go” workout. When one person is doing the reps the other is resting while holding the Kettlebell.
200 goblet squats (ex 20 reps X 5 sets)
100 thrusters (ex 10 reps X 5 rounds)
50 snatches (25 each side) (5 reps X 5 sets each side)
