Plank on forearms with same arm/leg lift
Straight leg criss cross abs
Crunch with leg extension
OH carry with 1 or 2 bells

Skill: bottom up press

Workout: 20min Quality rounds
10 SDHP
3 bottom up press each side
10 OH swing
10 TRX atomic push ups
Max pull-ups
