5 Janda sit-up
10 Walkout to plank
10 Swings 1 deep squat
Workout: 2 rounds
Snatch each side 5-10-15-10-5 (keep the bell in your hand the whole time)
Opposite arm/leg 1 leg dead lift practice for 5 minutes
Pistol practice 5 min
