10 swings each side
Bear crawl 30 ft forward and backward
10 high pulls each side
10 walk out to push-up
10 snatches each side
10 high low plank
Skill: Viking Push Press
Workout: 21-15-9-6-3
Swing/ high pull/ snatch (first round 7 of each—21 total reps—do this for each side)
