Warm-up: 3 rounds
1 leg deck squat(down on 1 up with 2 legs) 5 each side
5 evil wheel roll outs
10 face the wall over head squats

Skill: cleans

Workout: 5 rounds
5 TRX pistol to “t” position each side
10 OH lunge with one KB held with 2 hands each side
10 K2E
10 double cleans
