Warm-up:
100, 200, 300, 300, 200, 100 m rowing

Workout: 5 rounds of each
Partner snatches: 10 each side
Active rest: jump rope

TRX ½ rep pistols 15 each side
Active rest: deck squat star jump

Spiking drill: 20 reps

****Keep your partner accountable for perfect reps. Don’t count crappy reps
