Warm-up: 3 rounds
TRX I-T-Y extensions
High/Low Plank
Slow goblet squat
Bear crawl
** How ever long it take to complete the TRX exercises, that is how long you will do each of the other exercises.

Skill: Heavy snatches 5-5-5-5 each side

Workout: 5 rounds
10 TRX push –ups
5 bottom up alternating clean and press each side
1 pistol each side
100 jump rope
