60 feet prison lunges (30 feet forward, 30 feet backward)

Workout: 5 rounds
5 from the clean and press each side (alternating)
5 low/med/high swings 15 reps total
10 tuck jumps
10 trx row (feet elevated)
10 push-up (feet elevated)
10 jumping pull-ups (pull-up)
(scale up the workout with exercises in parenthesis)
